摘 要:针对当前农业工程专硕研究生培养中存在的实践基地建设不多元、不能满足学生个性化的选择、联合培养运行机制不健全、实践考核评价体系不完善等问题,进行校企政专硕研究生联合培养方案的探索,提出校企政联合培养专硕研究生的新方案。新方案基于政府的政策引领和企业的科研需求,高校(学院、团队)与企业签订专硕研究生实习合同,充分发挥学校科技和企业实践平台的优势,通过双导师合作指导和评价,达到合作双方共赢的专硕研究生培养目标。专硕研究生通过完成科研项目,提升实践和创新能力,符合应用型创新人才培养的要求。In view of the existing in current agricultural engineering postgraduate training practice base construction, does not meet the students don’t diverse, personalized choices, joint training mechanism is not sound, the practice examination evaluation system is not perfect, for a master’s degree in political joint training scheme between colleges, between political union’s new program to cultivate professional master graduate student. Based on the policy guidance of the government and the scientific research needs of enterprises, universities(colleges, teams) sign professional postgraduate internship contracts with enterprises, give full play to the advantages of the university’s technology and enterprise practice platform, and achieve the win-win goal of professional postgraduate training through the guidance and evaluation of double mentors. Through the completion of scientific research projects, professional postgraduate students can improve their practice and innovation ability and meet the requirements of application-oriented innovation talent training.
