摘　　要：高校纪检队伍承担着我国高等学校党风廉政建设的职责和使命,承受着较大的心理压力。分析高校纪检队伍的压力来源,基于积极心理学PERMA模型,探讨高校纪检队伍职业心理压力缓解渠道,探索高校纪检干部心理压力管理措施,确保纪检工作高质量开展。The discipline inspection team in colleges and universities undertakes the responsibility and mission of building a clean and honest government in colleges and universities in China.While completing their own work,they also bear great psychological pressure.Through the analysis of the pressure source of discipline inspection team in colleges and universities,this paper attempts to explore the channels to relieve the professional psychological pressure of discipline inspection team in colleges and universities through the PERMA theoretical model of positive psychology,analyzes the psychological pressure management countermeasures of discipline inspection cadres in colleges and universities,and ensure the high-quality development of discipline inspection work.
