摘 要:水和能源是城市发展的重要基础性资源,节水节能是实现高质量发展的重要目标。基于投入产出和生态网络分析方法,构建了天津市水网络和能源网络核算框架,从社会经济角度分析城市水和能源的利用情况和演进规律。研究发现,作为资源输入型城市,2007~2017年天津市三产业直接用水减少7.7%,用能增加81.7%,本地终端隐含水和隐含能消费量分别增加79.0%、84.9%;天津市的能源网络循环效率优于水网络,但水网络的鲁棒性强于能源网络,且更为稳定;不同部门间资源流通体现了水与能源相互需求的特点。最后,从节水节能角度提出实现水与能源协同发展的对策建议。Water and energy are important resources for urban development,and saving water and energy is a significant goal for achieving high-quality development.This paper constructed water and energy network of Tianjin City based on input-output analysis and ecological network analysis,and analyzed the utilization and evolution of urban water and energy from the perspective of social economy.It found that Tianjin is a resource importing city,direct water consumption for non-residential water decreased by 7.7%,and direct energy consumption increased 81.7%from 2007 to 2017;However,local terminal embodied water and energy consumption increased 79.0%and 84.9%,respectively.The cycle efficiency of energy network in Tianjin is better than that of the water network,while the water network is more robust and stable than the energy network;The resource flow among departments shows the characteristics of mutual demand energy and water.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward to achieve the collaborative development of energy and water.
