摘　　要：进化医学在突破现代医学困境方面具有极大潜力,但我国熟知进化医学的人寥寥无几,也缺少前沿性、持续发展性的研究。在总结进化医学内容的基础上,对2016年~2022年1月国外在该领域发表的论文进行分析,第一,国外已构建起进化医学的理论框架,目前理论研究的重点是验证假说;第二,进化医学已渗透到基础医学研究、临床疾病防治和医学教育之中,为实际医学问题的解决提供了新思路;第三,进化医学作为新兴跨学科领域,仍存在全球认知程度不一致、缺少本地化合作网络等问题。Evolutionary medicine has great potential in breaking through the dilemma of modern medicine. But few people are familiar with evolutionary medicine, and frontier sustainable researches are rarely seen in China. On the basis of summarizing the contents of evolutionary medicine, this study analyzed the papers published in this field from 2016 to January 2022. The research findings are as follows: First, the theoretical framework of evolutionary medicine has been established abroad, and the focus of theoretical research is to verify hypotheses;Second, evolutionary medicine has blended into basic medical research, clinical disease prevention and medical education, providing new ideas for solving practical medical problems;Third, as a new interdisciplinary field, evolutionary medicine still shows problems such as lopsided global cognition and lack of local cooperation networks.
