摘 要:劳动经济理论的主要研究对象是劳动和人力资本,旨在帮助饲料企业优化人力资源配置,提高经济效益。饲料企业要想实现可持续发展,就要根据劳动力市场供求对人力资源管理进行创新。特别是在缺乏高端人才的情况下,饲料企业要立足自身发展需求,及时更新人力资源管理的内容和方法,帮助饲料企业吸引和培养更多的高素质人才,以优质的人力资源来提高饲料企业的市场竞争力。The main research objects of labor economic theory are labor and human capital,which aims to help feed enterprises optimize the allocation of human resources and improve economic benefits. In order to achieve sustainable development,feed enterprises need to innovate human resource management according to the supply and demand of the labor market. Especially in the absence of high-end talents,feed enterprises should,based on their own development needs,timely update the content and methods of human resource management,help feed enterprises attract and cultivate more high-quality talents,and improve the market competitiveness of feed enterprises with high-quality human resources.
