学习支持对家庭第一代大学生专业承诺的影响研究

摘　　要：基于“中国本科教与学调查”的数据,通过描述统计分析了院校、家庭和同伴对家庭第一代大学生学习支持的现状,并借助回归模型探讨学习支持对家庭第一代大学生在读期间专业情感承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺的影响。分析结果显示,家庭第一代大学生与非家庭第一代大学生在家庭支持上存在较大差异,在院校支持上的差异主要体现在任课教师的帮助上,并且家庭第一代大学生不易受到同伴群体的负面干扰;两者在专业情感承诺和继续承诺水平上存在显著差异,但在专业规范承诺上差异不显著;关系群体的学习支持对家庭第一代大学生的专业承诺有显著作用,但影响程度有所不同。研究认为,应进一步强化任课教师对家庭第一代大学生的学习支持,提高家庭第一代大学生自身的资源利用意识和转化能力,关注家庭对学生的情感支持,并发挥同伴网络的正向作用。SBased on data from the China College Teaching and Learning Survey,through descriptive statistics,the firstgeneration college students’ support from college,family and peers is analyzed,and the impact of learning support on affective commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment is analyzed by regression model.The analysis results show that there is a great difference between first-generation college students and non-first-generation college students in family support,and the difference in college support is mainly reflected in the help of teachers,and first-generation college students are not easily affected by the negative interference of peer group.There are significant differences between first-generation and non-firstgeneration college students in affective commitment and continuance commitment,but the difference in normative commitment is not significant.The learning support of relational group has a significant effect on major-commitment of first-generation college students,but the effect is different.Research believes that teachers should further strengthen their learning support to firstgeneration college students,improve students’ awareness of resource utilization and transformation ability.Enhance the emotional support of family and exert the positive effect of peer network.
