摘  要:为了探究不同种类天然酯植物油变压器的火灾危险性,本文搭建了全尺度变压器外部耐火试验平台,分别针对基于菜籽油、山茶籽油和大豆油三种典型油品的10kV植物油变压器开展外部耐火试验。结果表明,菜籽油和山茶籽油变压器在外部火烧试验过程中较为平稳,仅出现微弱的喷射火焰,且菜籽油在加热过程中升温更为缓慢,因此出现喷射火焰所需的加热时间也较长。大豆油变压器在燃烧后期出现猛烈喷射火焰,且伴随大量的油喷雾,表现出极高的火灾危险性。从消防安全角度而言,三者的火灾安全性排序应为菜籽油变压器>山茶籽油变压器>大豆油变压器,其中,大豆油变压器在使用时必须经过更加充分的消防论证。In order to explore the fire hazards of different natural ester vegetable oil transformers,a full-scale transformer fire test platform is constructed to conduct the fire tests on colza oil,camellia-seed oil,and soybean oil-based 10kV vegetable oil transformers.The findings show that as colza oil-and camellia-seed oil-based transformers suffer from the external fire,only feeble jet fires can be observed during the fire test,while the former needs more heating time to generate the jet fire.In contrast,the soybean oil-based transformer generates more intense jet fires accompanied with violent oil spay in the later stage of the fire test,exhibiting an extremely high fire risk.From the perspective of fire safety,the safety level of the three transformers can be ranked as colza oil > camellia-seed oil > soybean oil.Moreover,the use of soybean oil transformers must undergo more adequate fire protection certification.
