摘　　要：澳大利亚葡萄酒在世界范围都取得了成功。与此同时,中国葡萄酒的产业也在逐年膨胀,中国葡萄酒消费量已达世界第五,产量亦达世界第十。澳大利亚葡萄酒的繁荣正起源于其国内消费量的快速增长,之后出现了出口的腾飞。这一点与中国葡萄酒产业所处的现状有一定相似之处。因此分析澳大利亚葡萄酒产业,能为我国葡萄酒产业抓住当下机会快速发展,提供一些广阔的视野。澳大利亚葡萄酒产业出现的供需失调,亦揭示了葡萄种植产业的本质缺陷:无法由市场快速调节;澳大利亚葡萄酒产业对此的对策和调整等,都是葡萄酒产业的宝贵经验。Australian wine industry has got success all over the world.At the same time,Chinese wine industry is undergoing a huge expanding.The prosperity of Australian wine industry began with the rapid growth of domestic demand,and then the export took off.This is very similar to the current situation of Chinese wine industry.Therefore,analyzing Australian wine industry can provide broader perspectives for Chinese wine industry to seize the present opportunity to develop faster and better.The imbalance between supply and demand in Australian wine industry reveals the essential defect of grape and wine industry,that is,it cannot be timely adjusted by the market.The measures taken and adjustments made by Australian wine industry are valuable experiences for wine industry in other places.
