地方本科院校与澳门地区高校旅游教育协同发展探索

摘　　要：在回顾境内旅游管理教育发展的基础上,总结了境内旅游管理教育发展的特点:人才培养体系完整;本科生教育重理论轻实践;应用型本科专业定位明确。继而从学校性质、办学主体、开办专业和办学层次四个方面分析了澳门地区旅游管理教育发展的特点:多层次、市场化、多形式、国际化。结合对境内和澳门地区旅游经济发展和教育的分析,提出了境内与境外协同发展的思路。Based on a review of the growth of tourism management education in the mainland,this paper highlights the three features of tourism management education development:complete talent development system,undergraduate education with priority on theory over experience and the direction of undergraduate majors clearly oriented.Furthermore,from the four categories,that is,the nature,major body,specialty and level of the school,it analyses the characteristics of Macao region tourism management education,which are multi-leveled,market-oriented,multi-formed,and international.It puts forward the concept of coordinated development between the mainland and abroad through an evaluation of tourism industry’s economic growth and educational trends in Macao region and the mainland.
