摘 要:当前关于教师权威存在多方面的误读与理解的偏狭,要求反思和重新“发现”教师权威,澄明教师权威的价值与意义。雅斯贝尔斯系统地阐释了教育权威思想,对于当前反思教师权威以及促进教师权威转型具有重要的参考价值。权威是一种内在的精神力量,教师权威则是以引导学生自由发展为目的,在师生主体交互过程中形成的精神影响,内在地体现为一种对真理的信仰和认同。它有助于促进教育惩戒有效落实、推动学校育人有序展开、保障师生关系扎实建构。在当前重提教师教育惩戒权的背景下,重塑教师权威的文化认同、构筑教师权威的专业基础、彰显教师权威的精神成果感召、平衡教师权威的内在张力,是教师权威重建的主要路径。The current misinterpretation and intolerance of teacher authority in many aspects requires an urgent need to rethink and rediscover teacher authority and clarify its value.Jaspers systematically explains the thought of educational authority,which has important reference value for the current reflection of teacher authority and the promotion of teacher authority transformation.Authority is an inner spiritual force.Teacher authority is aimed at guiding students to develop freely,and its spiritual influence formed in the interaction between teachers and students is intrinsically reflected as a belief and recognition of truth.It facilitates the effective implementation of educational punishment,promotes the orderly development of school education and ensures the solid construction of teacher-student relationship.Under the current background of teachers’power of education and punishment,the main path of teacher authority reconstruction is to reshape the cultural gene of teacher authority,build the professional basis of teacher authority,highlight the spiritual inspiration of teacher authority and balance the internal tension of teacher authority.
