摘 要:全面推进课程思政建设仍是当前高校教育教学改革的重点和难点,目前亟需分学科、按专业门类进行具体的探索。工商管理类课程的应用性和实践性突出、思想政治教育功能明显,尤为适合开展课程思政建设。为此,从“为何学”“学什么”“怎么教与学”“如何评价教与学”4个维度建立系统化框架,以“销售管理”课程为例,对工商管理类课程思政的教学目标设定、思政资源发掘与功能提炼、“教与学”方式与方法的创新、“教与学”的评价革新进行探索和实践,能够为工商管理类课程思政的教学设计与实施提供规范参考。The comprehensive promotion of the construction of curriculum thinking and politics is still the focus and difficulty of the current education and teaching reform in colleges and universities,and there is an urgent need to conduct specific exploration by discipline and by professional category.The application and practicality of business management courses are outstanding,and the function of ideological and political education is obvious,so it is particularly suitable to carry out the construction of curriculum thinking and politics.To this end,the four dimensions of“why learn”,“what to learn”,“how to teach and learn”and“how to evaluate teaching and learning”are To establish a systematic framework,taking the course“Sales Management”as an example,we will explore and evaluate the teaching objectives,the exploration of resources and functions,the innovation of“teaching and learning”methods and approaches,and the innovation of“teaching and learning”in the business administration course.“The course will provide a standard reference for the teaching design and implementation of business administration courses.”
