摘　　要：加拿大早期儿童教育与保育日趋建立起国家级的系统。该系统既具可获得性、公平性、灵活性和保障性的优势,又难以摆脱家庭育儿负担重、保育体系有待完善的不足。这些优势和不足对于我国保教政策的构建具有一定的借鉴和启示作用。Early childhood education and childcare has increasingly developed a national system in Canada.This system has the advantages of accessibility,equity,flexibility and security,but it also has the disadvantages of being a heavy burden on families and a system of care that needs to be improved.These strengths and weaknesses have implications for the construction of our education and care policy.
