摘  要:目的探究在全科教学技能教学中采用微信雨课堂的混合模式应用效果及意义。方法选取2021年8月至2022年7月在广西医科大学第二附属医院参加“住院医师规范化培训”的全科专业的人员32名,采用简单随机抽样法分为实验组16名、对照组16名。实验组采用混合式教学,对照组采用传统方式(单纯线下)教学。通过技能培训课时完成情况及教学满意度调查评估应用结果。结果实验组学员课时达标率、课时全部完成率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);实验组教学满意度为100%,对照组为81.25%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信雨课堂的混合式教学模式运用于全科医学的临床技能教学有利于提高全科医学生在临床技能的理论知识和操作水平。Objective To explore the effect and significance of the mixed teaching mode of Wechat rain classroom in general subject teaching.Methods Totally 32 general practitioners who took part in the standardized training of resi-dents in the second affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from August 2021 to July 2022 were randomly di-vided into experimental group(n=16)and control group(n=16).The experimental group adopted mixed teaching mode.The control group was taught in the traditional way.Through the completion of skills training class and teaching satisfac-tion survey to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The compliance and completion rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 100%,and that of the control group was 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the mixed teaching mode based on Wechat rain classroom in the clinical skills teaching of general practice is helpful to improve the theoretical knowledge and operation level of general practice students in clinical skills.
