摘 要:目的通过文献计量学分析执业医师考试和临床胜任力为导向的医学教学研究热点与发展趋势。方法本文以中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)为数据源,利用CiteSpace软件对1998~2021年期间以执业医师资格考试为导向的医学教育研究的各年发文量、作者分布情况、期刊来源情况、研究热点及发展趋势等进行了可视化分析。结果文献发表数量整体呈增长趋势,其中高频关键词有“教学改革”“执业医师”“医学教育”“医学生”和“临床医学”等。通过对关键词多方面分析发现,基于执业医师资格考试的教学主线正在发生变化,以岗位胜任力为核心的执医通过率和公共卫生人才培养是近几年研究的热点,而“网络App教学”与“分阶段教学”等相结合的新型教学模式已然成为了医学教学研究的发展趋势与前沿内容。结论国家执业医师资格考试对提高医生培养质量和岗位胜任力具有必要性和可行性,也更具有科学性和可操作性。Objective To visualize the research hotspots and development trends of medical teaching oriented by med-ical practitioner qualification examination and clinical competency through bibliometric analysis.Methods Using the CiteSpace software to analyze the annual number of published papers,author distribution,journal sources,hot spots and development trends of research on the teaching of qualification examination for physicians from 1998 to 2021 with China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)as the data source.Results The number of published articles each year basi-cally showed an upward trend.And the high-frequency words are“teaching reform”“practicing physician”“medical edu-cation”“medical student”as well as“clinical medicine”.Keywords analysis found that the main line of medical teaching based on the qualification examination for practicing physicians is changing.The examination passing rate and the training of public health talents are both based on job competency,and they are the hot spots of research in recent years.The new teaching mode that combines“online app teaching”and“phased teaching”has become the development trend and frontier content of medical teaching.Conclusion The national medical practitioner qualification examination is necessary and feasible to improve the quality of doctor training and job competency,and it is also more scientific and operational.
