摘 要:目的 比较3种5年生重楼属药用植物的挥发性成分和抑菌活性差异,为推动重楼资源在医药方面的开发和合理利用提供参考。方法 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术研究七叶一枝花、啟良重楼、黑籽重楼3种重楼属药用植物提取物挥发性成分,采用滤纸片法研究3种提取物对11种供试菌的抑菌活性。结果 从七叶一枝花、啟良重楼、黑籽重楼中分别鉴定出33、29、22种挥发性成分,占其相对百分含量29.35%、30.13%、20.09%,三者相同挥发性成分14种;酯类化合物为主要挥发性成分,其中己二酸二(2-乙基己)酯含量最高,七叶一枝花、啟良重楼、黑籽重楼中分别为4.28%、4.94%、5.43%。七叶一枝花对苏云金芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、藤黄微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等4株供试菌有良好抑制效果,啟良重楼对苏云金芽孢杆菌、多耐铜绿假单胞菌、藤黄微球菌等3株供试菌有良好抑制效果,黑籽重楼对苏云金芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌2株供试菌有良好抑制效果。结论 3种重楼属药用植物提取物挥发性成分的组成和含量存在很大差异;对11株供试菌的抑菌效果依次为七叶一枝花、啟良重楼、黑籽重楼。Objective Objective To compare the differences of volatile components and antibacterial activities of three 5 years old medicinal plants of the genus Paris,in order to provide reference for promoting the development and rational utilization of Paris resources in the field of medicine.Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to study the volatile components of extracts from three medicinal plants of the genus Paris.The extracts were derived from Rhizoma Paridis of Qiyeyizhihua(P.polyphylla),Qiliangchonglou(P.qiliangiana) and Heizichonglou(P.thibetica).The antibacterial activities of three extracts against 11 kinds of tested bacteria were studied by filter paper method.Results 33,29 and 22 volatile components were identified from the three plants,accounting for 29.35%,30.13% and 20.09%,respectively,and 14 of the same volatile components were identified.Esters were the main volatile components,among which diethyl hexyl adipate had the highest content,which was 4.28%,4.94% and 5.43% in Qiyeyizhihua(P.polyphylla),Qiliangchonglou(P.qiliangiana) and Heizichonglou(P.thibetica),respectively.The extract of Qiyeyizhihua(P.polyphylla) had good inhibitory effect on Bacillus thuringiensis,Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus gaminerae and Staphylococcus aureus,and the extract of Qiliangchonglou(P.qiliangiana) had good inhibitory effect on 3 strains of Bacillus thuringiensis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Micrococcus gaminerae,meanwhile,the extract of Heizichonglou(P.thibetica) showed good inhibitory effect on the two strains of Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus subtilis.Conclusion There are great differences in the composition and contents of volatile components of the extracts of the three medicinal plants.The antibacterial effects of 11 tested strains were as follows:Qiyeyizhihua(P.polyphylla)>Qiliangchonglou(P.qiliangiana)>Heizichonglou(P.thibetica).
