柴油机电动增压器电机轴设计及其流量特性研究

摘  要:为改善柴油机加速时涡轮迟滞所带来的高碳烟、高油耗问题,设计了一款补气量不依赖柴油机工况的电动增压器。其结构设计的核心为电机轴的设计。电机轴设计需满足如下要求:压气机叶轮、压气机壳与电机轴刚性连接;压气机叶前间隙应在0.382~0.645 mm间。为此,重点探讨了电机轴各段尺寸的设计,以实现电动增压器响应快、流量大、效率高的工作特点。最后,将设计好的电动增压器流量特性进行了实测,并绘制了电动增压器的MAP图。结果表明,设计的电动增压器最大流量达610.5 kg/h时,增压比可达1.137,具有流量大,响应快,结构简单的优点,为改善柴油机加速性能提供了技术支撑。In this article,in order to solve the problems of high soot and high fuel consumption caused by turbine hysteresis during acceleration of the diesel engine,an electric supercharger,whose air compensation is independent of working conditions,is designed.The core of its structural design is the high-speed motor shaft.The design of the motor shaft shall meet the following requirements:The compressor impeller and the compressor housing shall be rigidly connected to the motor shaft,also,the compressor’s blade front clearance shall be between 0.382 mm and 0.645 mm.To this end,this article focuses on the design of the size of the motor shaft’s each section,in order to realize the characteristics of fast response,large flow rate and high efficiency of the electric supercharger.Finally,the electric supercharger’s flow characteristics are measured,and the MAP figure is drawn.The results show that the flow rate of the electric supercharger reaches up to 610.5 kg/h and the pressure ratio is 1.137.The electric supercharger has such advantages as large flow rate,fast response and simple structure.This study provides technical support for improving acceleration performance of diesel engines.
