摘　　要：微创是一种理念,强调的是减少组织损伤尽可能地保住机体的自主功能,包括手术入路的微创、手术术式的创新、手术范围的精确等。随着微创理念的拓展、微创技术的创新,使得微创理念成为妇科肿瘤外科的发展方向。本文拟从微创理念、微创临床应用进展、微创技术设备创新等方面,对妇科恶性肿瘤中的微创相关问题进行讨论及总结。Minimally invasive is a kind of idea, emphasizing on reducing tissue damage as much as possible to keep the autonomous function of the body, including the innovation of the methods, surgical approach and surgical scope. With the expansion of the concept and the innovation of technology, minimally invasive technology has gradually occupied an important position in the surgical treatment of gynecological malignant tumors. This article intends to discuss and summarize the problems related to minimally invasive surgery in gynecological malignant tumors.
