摘　　要：“植物基”作为未来食品新方向已成为当下全球食品饮料行业的新宠。健康食品理念的兴起以及相关生产技术的完善使植物基食品行业迅速发展,实现标准化、规范化、专业化将是整个行业面临的首要问题之一。本文通过介绍植物基食品国际标准化进展,分析相关国家对植物基食品国际标准的主要关切和意见,总结国际标准化组织食品技术委员会植物基食品工作组主要议题进展,对“植物基”食品命名等问题进行反思,为植物基食品标准化提供参考。As a new direction of future food, “plant-based” food has become the new focal point of the global food and beverage industry. The rise of healthy food concept and the advance of related production technologies have promoted the rapid development of plant-based food industry. Realizing standardization, normalization, and specialization remains one of the top priorities of the whole industry. By introducing the progress of the international standardization of plant-based food, this paper analyzes the main concerns and opinions of relevant countries on the plant-based food standards and the progress of the main topics of the ISO/TC 34 WG 26 on plant-based foods, and come up with some thoughts on problems such as naming for plant-based food to provide references for the standardization of plant-based food.
