摘  要:目的:探讨网络信息平台下PBL联合内镜教学在耳鼻咽喉科见习中的应用价值。方法:选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2016级医学影像专业学生50名,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用网络信息平台下PBL联合内镜教学,对照组采用LBL传统教学;教学效果的检验采用理论考核、技能考核和问卷调查的方式评价,比较两组学生理论和技能考核成绩、问卷调查中关于知识整体掌握度和教学整体满意度选项的参数差异。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生理论和技能考核成绩、知识整体掌握度、教学整体满意度都显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:网络信息平台下PBL联合内镜教学应用于耳鼻咽喉科临床见习能取得良好的教学效果,具有推广价值。Objective:To explore the application value of PBL combined with endoscopes under network information platform in otolaryngology clinical practices.Methods:Fifty students were randomly divided into the LBL control group and the PBL combined with endoscopes under network information platform as experimental group,which were from 2016 grade medical imaging major in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University;The teaching effect is tested by means of theoretical exam,skill exam and questionnaire survey,which analyzes the differences from exam results,overall knowledge mastery and overall teaching satisfaction.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group students were significantly improved in the scores of theoretical and skill exams,overall knowledge mastery and overall teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with endoscopes under network information platform can achieve good teaching effect and promotional value in otolaryngology clinical practices.
