摘　　要：以促进高职院校的发展为指向,指出学生干部队伍凝聚力弱化的现实,分析了新媒体环境下学生干部队伍凝聚力建设的困境,在此基础上提出了进行顶层设计推进学生干部队伍凝聚力建设的思路。Aiming at promoting the development of higher vocational colleges,this paper points out the reality of weakening cohesion of student leaders,analyzes the influence of the new media environment on the cohesion of student leaders,and puts forward the top-level design for the construction of student leaders’cohesion in higher vocational colleges.
