摘 要:我国是世界上缺硒最严重的国家之一,且硒资源的地理分布差异极大。硒作为生命体必需的微量元素,其对人体健康发挥着潜在的生物学作用。甲状腺疾病是我国居民常见的内分泌系统疾病,且发病率仍在逐年升高。针对我国居民硒摄入水平不均及甲状腺疾病高发生率的现状,在综合近年来国内外相关研究成果的基础上,本文总结了我国硒元素在自然界的分布特点,分析了硒在人体摄入、吸收、转化与代谢的一系列生理过程,以及硒蛋白的类型与功能,并对硒与甲状腺常见疾病之间的内在关系进行了系统阐释,为制定硒的摄入指导方案以及甲状腺疾病的防治提供参考。China is one of the countries with the most serious selenium deficiency in the world,and the geographical distribution of selenium resources varies greatly.Selenium,as an essential trace element,plays a potential biological role in human health.Thyroid disease is a common endocrine system disease in China,and the incidence is still increasing.In view of the uneven level of selenium intake and the high incidence of thyroid disease in China,on the basis of synthesizing the relevant domestic and aboard research results in recent years,we summarize the distribution characteristics of selenium in nature,analyze a series of physiological processes of selenium intake,utilization and metabolism in the human body,as well as the types and functions of main selenoproteins in the human body,and systematically expound the internal relationship between selenium and common thyroid diseases,providing a reference for the formulation of selenium intake guidance programs and the prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases.
