摘　　要：长期以来,人力资源问题一直是困扰酒店企业发展的重要因素。在新时期,酒店企业的人力资源困境出现了新问题。分析这些问题产生的原因,从人力资源管理、制度与流程管理、企业文化等方面,探讨新时期酒店企业人力资源困境的应对措施,为酒店企业的发展提供一定的借鉴和帮助。For a long time,the problem of human resources has been an important factor that puzzles and affects the stable development of hotel enterprises.It is also the key point which promotes the healthy development of the whole industry of hotel.At the present time,under the new situation,there are some new human resources problems of hotel.This paper analyzes the reason and the countermeasures to help hotels resolve these problems easily.
