摘 要:为了更好地提升单亲家庭大学生的自我接纳水平,增强单亲大学生的自尊和自信,提高单亲大学生的心理健康水平,采用心理疏导方法,对筛选出的40位被试进行分配,20位被试进行实验组参与心理疏导,20位被试作为控制组不参与心理疏导。控制组和实验组团体辅导前测、后测、追踪数据的差异性比较显示:在接纳总分上,组别和测试阶段的主效应显著(p<0.001),组别和测试阶段的交互作用显著(p<0.001)。可见,心理疏导可以有效提升单亲家庭大学生的自我接纳水平,且作用具有持久性。In order to improve the self⁃admission level of single⁃parent university students,enhance their self⁃esteem and self⁃confidence,and improve their mental health level,the psychological counseling method was adopted to distribute the screened 40 subjects,20 of whom participated in the psychological counseling in the experimental group,and the rest did not participate in the psychological counseling as the control group.A comparison of differences in pre⁃test,post⁃test,and follow⁃up data between control and experimental groups showed that the primary effect of the group and the test phase was significant in the total admission score(p<0.001),and the interaction between the group and the test phase was significant(p<0.001).It can be seen that psychological counseling can effectively improve the level of self⁃admittance of university students in single⁃parent families,and its effect is long⁃lasting.
