摘　　要：文章介绍与本科学校联合开展高层次技术技能本科人才培养试点工作,探索了高层次(本科)技术技能人才培养模式解决了人才培养体系的构建。This paper introduces the pilot work of traininghigh-level technical talents jointy with underyradu ate school, enterprises and industry associations, explores the training mode, method and path of high-level(undergraduate) technical skills talent training, solves the problem of positioning the level of technical skills talent training, innovates the talent training mode, built a talent training system.
