摘  要:湖北省教育厅在主动对接国赛的同时,积极思变,推出具有湖北特色的职业院校教学能力大赛,为全面提升湖北职教水平提供了一个很好的平台和契机。新时代下,职业院校教师面对赛事变革,需要加强日常学习积累,理清作品内在逻辑关系,把握课堂讲授关键要素,强化思政要素巧妙融入,才能有效提升参赛作品质量,提高个人综合教育教学水平。While actively connecting with the national competition,Hubei Provincial Department of Education has actively thought about changes and launched a vocational college teaching ability competition with Hubei characteristics,which provides a good platform and opportunity for comprehensively improving the level of vocational education in Hubei.In the new era,in the face of competition changes,vocational college teachers need to strengthen their daily learning accumulation,clarify the internal logical relationship of their works,grasp the key elements of classroom lectures,and strengthen the ingenious integration of ideological and political elements in order to effectively improve the quality of their entries and improve their comprehensive personal education.teaching level.
