摘　　要：基于生涯发展理论探讨了大学生生涯规划管理、求职准备与可就业能力的关系。采用了职业生涯管理量表、个人求职准备量表和可就业能力量表对大连高校624名大学生进行研究。结果显示:(1)大学生的职业生涯管理、个人求职准备、可就业能力在人口统计学上差异显著;(2)大学生的职业生涯管理、个人求职准备、可就业能力两两之间均显著相关;(3)大学生的职业生涯管理、个人求职准备、对可就业能力有显著的正向预测作用。Based on the theory of career development, the relationship between college students’ career planning management, job search preparation and employability is discussed. A career management scale, an individual job search preparation scale and an employability force scale were used to study 624 college students from Dalian universities. The results showed that:(1)the demographic differences in college students’ career management, individual job search preparation, and employability were significant;(2)college students’ career management, personal job search preparation, and employability were significantly correlated;(3)college students’ career management, personal job search preparation, and employability had a significant positive predictive effect on employability.
