摘  要:知识共享是“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的核心。“双师型”教师教学创新团队知识共享是在学校和企业之间,在专职教师和企业兼职教师之间转移、整合与应用,最终由个人知识转化为组织知识的过程。“双师型”教师教学创新团队知识共享通过隐性知识的社会化和外化,显性知识的组合化和内化方式运行。面对团队知识共享意愿不强、共享热情不高和共享能力不足等阻滞因素,应通过健全评价激励机制,提高团队知识共享意愿;增强认同感与信任感,消解团队知识共享心理边界;优化选拔培训机制,提升团队知识共享能力等优化策略,来推动“双师型”教师教学创新团队知识共享有序运行。Knowledge sharing is the core of constructing the teaching innovation team of "double-qualified" teachers. The knowledge sharing of the teaching innovation team of "double-qualified" teachers is the process of transferring, integrating, and applying knowledge between schools and enterprises, between full-time teachers and part-time teachers of enterprises, and ultimately elevating personal knowledge to organizational knowledge. The knowledge sharing of the teaching innovation team of "double-qualified" teachers operates through the socialization and externalization of tacit knowledge and the combination and internalization of explicit knowledge. In order to solve the problems of the team’s weak willingness to share knowledge, low enthusiasm for sharing and insufficient sharing ability, this study believes that the optimized strategies should be adopted to promote the "double-qualified" teachers type by improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism to enhance the team’s willingness to share knowledge, enhancing the sense of identity and trust to dissolve the psychological boundary of team knowledge sharing. Furthermore, we should optimize the selection and training mechanism and enhance the team’s knowledge-sharing ability and other optimization strategies to promote the orderly operation of the knowledge sharing.
