摘  要:粉料计量系统是连续式沥青拌和设备的核心,通常采用模糊PID控制,其模糊规则建立时受到人的主观性及局限性的影响,难以保证计量精度。引入蚁群算法对模糊规则进行优化,并在Matlab环境下编写M文件进行仿真。仿真结果表明蚁群算法能够解决模糊规则的组合优化问题,进而提高粉料计量精度,而且具有良好的动态响应特性。The powder metering system is the core of continuous asphalt mixing plants and is usually controlled by fuzzy PID.The establishment of its fuzzy rules is subject to human subjectivity and limitations,making it difficult to guarantee metering accuracy.Ant colony optimization is introduced to optimize the fuzzy rules,and an M file is programmed in Matlab environment for simulation.The simulation results show that the ant colony optimization can solve the combination optimization problem of fuzzy rules,and then improve the powder metering accuracy,and has good dynamic response characteristics.
