情绪劳动亚类在实习护生社会学习环境因素与情绪耗竭间的调节作用

摘  要:目的探讨社会学习环境因素与实习护生情绪耗竭的关系及情绪劳动亚类在其中的调节作用,以为规避实习护生工作倦怠提供依据.方法2021年3月19日-5月1日采用随机抽样的方法抽取武汉大学人民医院419名实习护生作为调查对象,采用自编的一般资料调查表、情绪耗竭量表、社会学习因素量表和情绪劳动量表对其进行电子问卷调查,并对数据进行分析.结果武汉大学人民医院419名实习护生的情绪耗竭得分为(34.81±13.35)分.社会学习环境因素中的家人朋友因素、媒体患者因素与实习护生情绪耗竭有关(r=0.158、0.169,均P<0.01),在调整协变量后,家人朋友因素、媒体患者因素能够预测实习护生的情绪耗竭(β=0.151、0.123,均P<0.01);实习护生的情绪劳动可分为工作情感克制(4.77%)、工作情感失调(24.34%)、工作情感积极(15.04%)以及工作情感真实(55.85%)4个亚类,在调整协变量后,家人朋友因素仅对工作情感失调组的情绪耗竭有预测作用(β=0.295,P<0.01),而媒体患者因素仅对工作情感真实组的情绪耗竭有预测作用(β=0.143,P<0.05).结论实习护生存在不同的情绪劳动亚类,教育管理者可采取差异化的社会学习环境因素干预来改善部分情绪劳动亚类实习护生的情绪耗竭.Objective To explore the relationships between social learning environment and emotional exhaustion of intern nursing students,and the moderating effect of emotional labor subtypes between them,provide the evidence for avoiding job burnout among intern nursing students. Methods From April 19th to May 1st,2021,419 intern nursing students were collected from the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University by the random sampling as objects. The self-made general information questionnaire,emotional exhaustion scale,social learning factors scale and emotional labor scale were used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The emotional exhaustion score of 419 intern nursing students in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University was(34.81±13.35)points. In the factors of social learning environment,the factor of family and friends and the factor of media and patients(r=0.158,0.169,both P<0.01) were related to emotional exhaustion of intern nursing students. After adjusting covariates,the factors of family and friends and the factors of media and patient(β=0.151,0.123,both P <0.01) could predict the emotional exhaustion of intern nursing students. The emotional labor of the intern nursing students could be divided into four subtypes,including work-related emotional restraint( 4. 77 %), work-related emotional dysregulation(24.34%),work-related emotional positivity(15.04%) and work-related emotional reality(55.85%). After adjusting the covariates,the factor of family and friends only had a predictive effect on the emotional exhaustion in the work-related emotional dysregulation group(β=0.295,P<0.01),and the factor of media and patient only predicted emotional exhaustion in the work-related emotional reality group(β=0.143,P<0.05). Conclusion There are different emotional labor subgroups in intern nursing students,and educational managers can adopt differentiated interventions basing on social learning environments to decline the emotional exhaustion of some subgroups of the intern nursing studen
