考虑高速列车直线区段钢轨波磨情况的动态特性研究

摘  要:基于轮轨系统摩擦自激振动导致钢轨波磨的理论,首先根据高速列车直线行驶区段的实际情况进行相关简化,其次建立以轮轨系统为主要研究对象的动力学轮轨系统接触模型,再次采用复特征值分析法和瞬时动态分析法分别研究了高速列车在直线区段上行驶时轮轨系统的动态特性,最后对扣件的主要参数进行了参数化分析,具体研究扣件对轮轨系统摩擦自激振动特性的影响。综合复特征值分析和瞬时动态分析的结果可知,轮轨系统摩擦自激振动频率大致在590 Hz。通过对高速铁路扣件进行参数化分析发现,随着扣件垂向刚度、横向/纵向刚度、垂向阻尼、横向/纵向阻尼的增加,轮轨系统复特征值实部呈逐渐增加的趋势。参数化分析结果显示,当扣件垂向刚度在40 kN·mm^(-1)、垂向阻尼在20 kN·s·m^(-1)、横向/纵向刚度在23 kN·mm^(-1)和横向/纵向阻尼在30 kN·s·m^(-1)时,轮轨系统发生摩擦自激振动的可能性最小,在一定程度上可以抑制钢轨波磨的产生,可为实际线路情况提供一定参考。Based on the theory of rail corrugation caused by friction self-excited vibration of wheel rail system,the dynamic contact model of wheel rail system with wheel rail system as the main research object is established after relevant simplification according to the actual situation of straight-line section of high-speed train,and then the dynamic characteristics of wheel rail system when high-speed train runs on straight-line section are studied by using complex eigenvalue analysis method and instantaneous dynamic analysis method.Finally,the parametric analysis of the main parameters of the fastener is carried out to study the influence of the fastener on the friction self-excited vibration characteristics of the wheel rail system.The results show that the friction self-excited vibration frequency of wheel rail system is about 590 Hz based on the results of complex eigenvalue analysis and instantaneous dynamic analysis.Through the parametric analysis of high-speed railway fasteners,it is found that with the increase of fastener vertical stiffness,transverse/longitudinal stiffness,vertical damping and transverse/longitudinal damping,the real part of complex eigenvalues of wheel rail system increases gradually.The parametric analysis results show that when the vertical stiffness of the fastener is 40 kN·mm^(-1),the vertical damping is 20 kN·s·m^(-1),the transverse/longitudinal stiffness is 23 kN·mm^(-1)and the transverse/longitudinal damping is 30 kN·s·m^(-1),the possibility of friction self-excited vibration of the wheel rail system is the least,which can inhibit the generation of rail corrugation to a certain extent and provide a reference for the actual line situation.
