摘  要:介绍一种运用自制固相萃取聚酰胺小柱-高效液相色谱技术检测饮料中亮蓝合成着色剂含量的方法。通过对样品溶液pH、淋洗液pH、加热到60℃等前处理步骤、样品溶液净化及浓缩步骤的改变,亮蓝回收率得到提高,达99.0%,相对标准偏差为0.20%,检出限为0.009 mg/L。建立的方法具有快速、准确、灵敏的特点。A method for the determination of bright blue synthetic colorant in beverages by using a self-made solid-phase extraction polyamide column-High-performance liquid chromatography technique was described.The recovery of brilliant blue was improved by changing the pre-treatment steps such as pH of sample solution,pH of leaching solution,heating to 60℃,purification and concentration of sample solution.The recovery was up to 99.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.20%;The detection limit was 0.009 mg/L.The established method was rapid,accurate and sensitive.
