摘  要:采用紫外-可见分光光度法、单因素分析等方法研究维生素C微胶囊的制备工艺,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱对制备的维生素C微胶囊结构进行表征,利用感官评审法评价所制备的维生素C微胶囊在卷烟加香中的效果。结果表明:以石蜡和聚丙二醇(PEG)为原料能成功实现维生素C的包埋,所制定的标准曲线能有效测定维生素C的包埋率;通过加工工艺优化试验,最优工艺条件为石蜡用量1.0 g、PEG用量1.5 g、VC用量1.0 g、电动搅拌600 r/min;所制备的微胶囊结构规整,颗粒粒径在70~110μm;维生素C微胶囊应用于卷烟加香后能有效提升烟气舒适性。The preparation technology of vitamin C microcapsules was studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and single factor analysis.The structure of vitamin C microcapsules was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The effect of vitamin C microcapsules in tobacco flavoring was evaluated by sensory evaluation method.The results showed that vitamin C embedding was successfully achieved by using paraffin and polypropanediol(PEG)as raw materials,and the standard curve could effectively measure the embedding rate of vitamin C.Through the process optimization test,the optimal process conditions were determined to be 1.0 g for paraffin,1.5 g for PEG,1.0 g for VC,and 600 r/min for electric agitation.The structure of the microcapsule was regular and the particle size ranged from 70μm to 110μm.The application of vitamin C microcapsule in cigarette incense could effectively improve the comfort of smoke.
