摘 要:目的:探究中山市三甲医院肿瘤科护士营养知识水平、态度、行为现状。方法:采用方便抽样法,抽取2019年2—11月中山市三甲医院肿瘤放疗科的80名护士作为调查对象,通过自制营养认知调查问卷,对其营养知识水平、态度及行为现状进行调查。结果:护士的营养知信行总分为(98.44±12.11)分,其中营养知识评分为(42.82±7.88)分,营养态度评分为(26.11±3.88)分,营养行为评分为(29.52±4.69)分。通过单因素和多重线性逐步回归分析发现,护士营养知识的影响因素是职称,营养态度的影响因素是工龄,营养行为的影响因素是职务。91.25%的护士曾参加过营养专科培训,61.25%的护士近两年参加过营养培训,参加过营养知识学习班的占55.00%,护士主要通过学术会议及讲座、营养专业书籍和在校学习来获取营养知识,人力不足、医务人员知识欠缺及设备有限是影响营养知识学习的原因。结论:中山市三甲医院肿瘤科护士营养知识水平、态度和行为有待提升,在进行营养管理时,要考虑到护士的职称、工龄和职务,制定针对性培训,以切实提高护士的营养知信行水平。Objective: To explore the status quo of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses in oncology department of third class grade A hospital in Zhongshan. Methods: The convenience sampling method was used to select 80 nurses in the hospital from February to November 2019 as the survey objects. Through the self-made nutrition cognition questionnaire, the status of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior were investigated. Results: The total score of nutrition knowledge, belief and behavior of nurses was(98.44±12.11) points, including(42.82±7.88) points for nutrition knowledge,(26.11±3.88) points for nutrition attitude,and(29.52±4.69) points for nutrition behavior. Univariate and multiple linear regression analysis found that the influencing factor of nurses’ nutrition knowledge was professional title, the influencing factor of nutrition attitude was working years, and the influencing factor of nutrition behavior was job title. 91.25% of nurses had participated in nutrition specialist training, but only 61.25%of nurses had participated in nutrition training in the past 2 years, and only 55.00% of them had participated in nutrition knowledge classes. Nurses mainly acquired nutrition knowledge through academic conferences/lectures, nutrition professional books and school learning. Insufficient manpower, lack of knowledge of medical staff and limited equipment were the reasons that affect the learning of nutrition knowledge. Conclusion: The nutritional knowledge level, attitude and behavior of nurses in the oncology department of the third class grade A hospital in Zhongshan need to be improved. When carrying out nutrition management, the professional title,length of service and position of nurses should be considered, and targeted training should be formulated to effectively improve the level of nutrition knowledge, belief, and practice of nurses.
