摘　　要：该文使用文献法、专家访谈法等研究方法,调查了山东省高校校园足球发展现状,分析当前校园足球现存问题,并提出对策,包括对内应加强校园足球人才选拔、训练及管理体制,完善足球场地器械硬件设施,加强教练员研究能力与执教能力;对外应积极做好球队切磋试炼、大赛历练学习工作等。By using scientific research methods such as literature,expert interview,this paper investigates the current situation of college football development in Shandong Province,analyzes the existing problems of college football and puts forward countermeasures.We should strengthen the selection,training and management system of campus football talents,improve the equipment and hardware facilities of the football field,and strengthen the research ability and teaching ability of coaches;Externally,we should actively do a good job in team competition and trial,competition experience and learning.
