人性的内在维度何以构成学习的根本基础——生成教育理论的视角

摘　　要：对于人性的理解直接决定着学习观念。建基于“自然性”“德性”“理性”“志性”“灵性”“五位一体”人性观,生成教育理论强调存在论意义上人的先在性,价值论意义上的人文化成,认识论意义上的整体思维,学习本体论意义上的可持续生成,在“五位一体”人性观的视域中,无论是学习价值观、目标观,还是学习对象观、方式观、过程观都应该彰显出人性整全发展的价值追求。在面向未来的学习变革中,整体主义学习秉持素养本位的基本取向,让生物学意义上的“人”发展为社会学意义上的“人”,实现人的人文化成,促进人的自然性力量、德性力量、理性力量、志性力量、灵性力量都得以健康、充分、整全地发展。Our understanding of human nature determines our concept of learning.Based on the“five in one”concept of human nature,namely“naturalness”,“virtue”,“rationality”,“will”,“spirituality”,generative education theory emphasizes the preexistence of human beings in the sense of ontology,the cultural accomplishment of human beings in the sense of axiology,the holistic thinking in the sense of epistemology,and the sustainable generation in the sense of learning ontology.In the perspective of “five in one”concept of human nature,views of learning values,learning goals,learning subjects,learning methods,and learning process should reflect the value pursuit of the holistic development of human nature.In the future-oriented learning reform,holistic learning adheres to the basic orientation of quality standard,so as to develop“human”in the biological sense into“human”in the sociological sense,to realize cultural accomplishment of human,and to promote the healthy,full and comprehensive development of human natural power,moral power,rational power,will power and spiritual power.
