摘 要:高速道岔因其自身固有的结构不平顺,在轮载过渡时存在剧烈的轮轨动力冲击作用。随着高速列车运行速度的提升,动态轮轨冲击效应进一步加剧。目前,最高时速350 km的高速道岔结构体系已形成,随着时速400 km以上高速铁路的建设,亟需开展既有高速道岔的适应性研究。在评估18号道岔对时速400 km高速列车的适应性基础上,从轮轨关系、无缝化设计等方面,对时速400 km高速道岔的结构设计关键技术进行探讨,提出在设计时速400 km高速道岔时,可通过合理设置心轨降低值、抬高翼轨、优化基本轨廓形等技术,改善轮轨相互作用;通过转辙器跟端限位器优化、采用新型钩型锁闭机构,进一步实现高速道岔无缝化,满足跨区间无缝线路要求,优化了行车条件,保障了线路平顺性,可为相关高速道岔设计提供参考。Due to its inherent structure irregularity,high speed turnouts have severe dynamic wheel-rail impact effect during wheel load transition.With the increase of the running speed of high speed trains,the dynamic wheel-rail impact effect is further aggravated.At present,a high speed turnout structure system with a maximum speed of 350 km/h has been formed.With the construction of high speed railways with a speed of more than 400 km/h,it is urgent to carry out adaptability research on existing high speed turnouts.On the basis of evaluating the adaptability of No.18 turnout to 400 km/h high speed trains,this paper discusses the key technology for 400 km/h high speed turnouts concerning factors such as wheel-rail relation and welded turnout design,and proposes that for 400 km/h high speed turnouts,the wheel-rail interaction may be improved by reasonable setting of drop of point rail,raising of wing rail and optimization of stock rail profile.Through the optimization of the limiting stopper at the switch heel and the adoption of a new hook-type locking mechanism,the welded high speed turnout is further realized,which meets the requirements of continuously welded rail(CWR)through sections and stations,optimizes the train operation conditions,ensures the track regularity,and can provide reference for the design of relevant high speed turnouts.
