摘  要:通过表型鉴定和ITS测序相结合的方法鉴定香蘑属2个菌株。结果表明,2个供试菌株1株是花脸香蘑,另1株是紫丁香蘑。对香蘑属菌株进行驯化研究发现,花脸香蘑菌丝体的最适生长温度为24℃,子实体的最适宜发育温度为22℃~26℃,利用玉米秸秆发酵料栽培,成功驯化花脸香蘑菌株。紫丁香蘑菌丝体的最适生长温度为20℃,没有获得子实体。Two strains of Lepista spp. were identified by phenotypic identification combined with ITS sequence. The results showed that, one strain was Lepista sordida, and the other was Lepista nuda. The domestication of Lepista spp. strains showed that the optimum temperature for L. sordida mycelial growth was 24 ℃, 22 ℃-26 ℃ was the optimum temperature for development of fruit bodies. The strain of L. sordida was successfully domesticated by cultivating with corn stalk fermentation substrate. And the optimum temperature for L. nuda mycelial growth was 20 ℃, and no fruit bodies were obtained.
