摘　　要：蛋白质水解物是将植物性或动物性蛋白质饲料通过化学、酶或微生物处理后得到的一种优质的蛋白质饲料原料,它富含多肽和游离氨基酸,对促进饲粮养分的消化吸收、降低宠物过敏性及提高饲粮适口性有非常重要的作用。另外,蛋白质水解物可以产生具有抗氧化、抗菌、降血压、抗癌等生理功能的生物活性肽,对治疗宠物肥胖、慢性肠炎以及开发功能性宠物食品有重要意义。本文综述了蛋白质水解物在宠物食品中的应用进展,以期为今后蛋白质水解物在宠物食品中的科学合理应用及功能性宠物食品的开发提供参考。Protein hydrolysate is a high quality protein feed ingredient obtained by chemical,enzymatic or microbial treatment of plant or animal protein feeds,which is rich in peptides and free amino acids and has a very important role in promoting the digestion and absorption of nutrients in the diet,reducing pet allergies and improving the palatability of the diet.In addition,protein hydrolysates can produce bioactive peptides with antioxidant,antibacterial,hypotensive,anticancer and other physiological functions,which is important for the treatment of pet obesity,chronic enteritis and the development of functional pet foods.This paper reviewed the application progress of protein hydrolysates in pet food and provided references for the future scientific and rational application of protein hydrolysates in pets and the development of functional pet foods.
