摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视教师队伍建设并作出了一系列重要论述。教师是立教之本、兴教之源,教师素质的高低直接决定了教育质量的高低和教育事业的成败。因此,必须始终坚持把教师队伍建设作为发展教育事业的基础工作和突破口,必须将教师队伍建设摆在教育事业发展的首要位置。新时代,教育高质量发展迫切要求建设高素质“好老师”群体。而“四有”就是好老师的必备特质,当好“四个引路人”乃是好老师的基本使命。为此,必须营造良好的师德师风,健全教师教育体系,培养良好的教风学风,并从提高教师待遇、维护教师权益、提高教师职业声望等方面提升教师地位。Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of the teaching staff and made a series of important discourse on it.Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of vitalizing education, and the quality of teachers directly determines the quality of education and the success or failure of education.Therefore, we must always adhere to taking the construction of teachers as the basic work and breakthrough of developing education, and put the construction of teachers in the primary position of educational development.In the new era, the high-quality development of education urgently requires the construction of high-quality "good teachers" group.And the "four traits " of having ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge and kind-heartedness are necessary characteristics to make a good teacher.A good teacher’s basic mission is to be a good guide in the four aspects stressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Therefore, it is necessary to build good teacher’s professional ethics, perfect teacher education system, cultivate a good style of teaching and learning and improve the status of teachers in terms of improving their treatment, safeguarding their rights and interests, and enhancing their professional reputation.
