摘  要:为电动汽车再生制动系统设计了一种兼顾能量回收效率与制动安全性的制动力分配策略。首先根据制动力需求初步分配前、后轴间制动力;再根据运行状态、部件性能等限制因素进行再生制动介入状态及程度判定,最后对驱动轴制动力进行再分配。分别使用MATLAB/Simulink与CRUISE搭建相关仿真模型并进行多工况联合仿真。在联合仿真中使用自行构建的太原市综合行驶工况,检验了分配策略在本地化工况下的运行效果。仿真结果表明所设计的分配策略在通用工况和本地化工况下均有较好的应用效果。A composite braking force distribution strategy,considering energy recovery efficiency and braking safety was designed for the regenerative braking system in electric vehicles.Firstly,the braking force on the front and rear axles is distributed according to the braking force demand,and then the regenerative braking intervention state and degree are determined according to the vehicle running state,component performance and other limiting factors.Finally,the braking force on the drive shaft are redistributed.MATLAB/Simulink and CRUISE were used to establish the related model,and the multi-condition co-simulation was performed.The self-built driving cycle of Taiyuan was used in the co-simulation,and the working effect of the distribution strategy was tested under the localization driving cycle.The simulation results show that the distribution strategy has a better application effect in general and local working conditions.
