摘 要:采用目前方法分析液压挖掘机动力响应可靠性时无法准确跟踪液压挖掘机在荷载撞击下的位移,存在分析可靠性较差的问题,为此提出高速荷载撞击下液压挖掘机的动力响应分析,结合ANSYS有限元分析软件和ADAMS动力学分析软件构建液压挖掘机有限元模型,准确获取液压挖掘机各部位的动能及位能,在拉格朗日函数的基础上构建液压挖掘机系统的动力学方程,根据动力学方程分析液压挖掘机在高速撞击下机的位移及受力的变化情况,实现动力响应可靠性分析。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确跟踪液压挖掘机在高速撞击下的位移,液压挖掘机受力的仿真曲线与理论曲线变化趋势一致,动力响应分析可靠性较好。When the current method is used to analyze the dynamic response reliability of hydraulic excavators,the displacement of hydraulic excavators under load impact cannot be accurately tracked,and there is a problem of poor analysis reliability.For this reason,the dynamic response analysis of hydraulic excavators under high-speed load impact is proposed.ANSYS finite element analysis software and ADAMS dynamic analysis software build a finite element model of hydraulic excavators,accurately obtain the kinetic energy and potential energy of each part of the hydraulic excavator,and construct the dynamic equations of the hydraulic excavator system based on the Lagrangian function,According to the dynamic equation,analyze the displacement and force changes of the hydraulic excavator under high-speed impact,and realize the reliability analysis of the dynamic response.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately track the displacement of the hydraulic excavator under high-speed impact.The force simulation curve of the hydraulic excavator is consistent with the theoretical curve,and the dynamic response analysis is more reliable.
