摘 要:近年来,我国加强了职业教育建设,中职院校的教学能力、教学水平得到了持续提升。由于中职院校的教学存在其特殊性,教育过程需全面考虑社会、行业、学生及家长的多方需求,中职教育水平与教学体系仍需持续优化提升。中职班主任担任着学生管理、专业引导、职业素养培养、思想道德培育、毕业就业指导等众多复杂的工作任务,因此,中职院校班主任职业能力建设工作的合理开展尤为重要。从我国职业教育现状展开分析,说明了现阶段针对中职院校班主任队伍能力培养的阶段性特点,分析了现阶段面临的主要问题,总结了中职院校班主任队伍职业能力的培养途径。In recent years,China has strengthened the construction of vocational education,and the teaching ability and level of secondary vocational colleges have been continuously improved.Due to the particularity of teaching in secondary vocational colleges,the needs of society,industry,students and parents need to be fully considered in the education process,and the level of secondary vocational education and teaching system still need to be continuously optimized and improved.Class teachers in secondary vocational schools are responsible for many complex tasks such as student management,professional guidance,professional quality training,ideological and moral cultivation,graduation employment guidance,etc.Therefore,it is particularly important to reasonably carry out the professional capacity building of class teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,from the analysis of the current situation of Vocational Education in China,this paper explains the relevant research on the ability training of class teachers in secondary vocational colleges at this stage,explains the main problems faced at this stage,and summarizes the ways to cultivate the professional ability of class teachers in secondary vocational colleges.
