摘 要:为了考察“双减”政策实施后初中生课外体育培训与学习压力的关系,本文采用问卷调查法对江苏省3个城市主城区的522名初中生的课外体育培训和学习压力影响因素进行调查。结果发现,性别、体育运动和精神认同理解、父母陪伴和经济支持、学校体育设施等方面对初中生学习压力影响显著;体育运动和精神认同理解,父母陪伴和经济支持对初中生课外体育培训影响显著;学习压力与课外体育培训存在负相关;初中生课外体育培训参与动机和素质技能可负向预测学习压力。The paper presents a study of extracurricular sports training in relation to learning pressure of junior high school students since the implementation of the“double reduction”policy.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 522 junior high school students from urban districts of three cities in Jiangsu Province.Findings show that:(a)gender,physical exercise and psychological identification and understanding,parental companionship and financial support as well as schools’sports facilities have a significant influence on the students’academic learning pressure;(b)Physical exercise and psychological identification and understanding,parental companionship and financial support have a significant influence on the students’extracurricular sports training;(c)There is a negative correlation between academic learning pressure and extracurricular sports training;and(d)the students’motivation of participation in extracurricular sports training and their overall quality and skills negatively predict their academic learning pressure.
