“双一流”高校建设背景下教师队伍建设研究

摘　　要：“双一流”建设是近些年国家大力扶持的重点教育战略,该建设的推进对中国高等教育的发展具有重要意义,同时也将深刻影响世界教育发展。人才是发展的第一要义,高校教师队伍的建设是建设一流学科以及一流高等学校的重要保障。文章在分析“双一流”高校建设的意义、发展目标、存在不足的基础上,提出高校教师队伍建设的策略,为“双一流”建设提供有益的参考。The“Double First-class”construction is a key education strategy supported by our country in recent years,and the promotion of this construction is of great significance to the development of higher education in China as it will also profoundly affect the development of education in the world.Talent is the first key to development,and the construction of university teachers is an important guarantee for the construction of first-class disciplines and first-class universities,so it is still necessary to explore how to grasp the background of the construction of“Double First-class”universities,and then build a high-quality teachers team.On the basis of analyzing the significance,aims and shortcomings of the construction of“Double First-class”universities,this paper proposes strategies for the construction of university teachers,so as to provide a solid guarantee of talents for the construction of“Double First-class”universities.
