社会文明程度调查设计中移情因素的考量

摘　　要：社会文明具有“软性”的特质,衡量社会文明程度也需要合宜的软性指标。西方道德情感主义认为,移情具有引起道德行为的动机功能和信息功能,在社会文明程度调查设计中可以基于移情因素进行考量。从旁观者和违规者的角度分别进行问题设置,重在考察有无移情现象、有无助人行为以及原因分析、对后续行为的影响;并基于移情理论,从旁观者和违规者的角度分别就提升社会文明程度提出建议。Social civilization has the quality of "softness", and appropriate softness indicators are needed to measure the degree of social civilization. According to Western moral emotionalism, empathy has both motivational and informational functions in causing moral behavior, and can be considered in the design of social civility surveys based on empathy factors. The questions are designed from the perspectives of bystanders and violators, focusing on the presence or absence of empathy, helpful behaviors, and the analysis of reasons and effects on subsequent behaviors;and based on empathy theory, suggestions are made to improve social civility from the perspectives of bystanders and violators.
