摘　　要：通过产业学院培养文旅融合型人才是主动适应文化和旅游产业融合发展的新趋势,满足区域文旅产业对高水平应用型人才的新需求,提升地方文旅产业人才培养质量的迫切需要。在理顺体制机制,明确重点任务,完善绩效评价,形成文旅融合型人才培养模式的基础上,文旅融合型人才培养需要从交叉融合的教学改革创新、内外兼顾的教学资源建设、校企联合的教学团队建设、人才培养与产业研发并重的平台建设等方面具体实施。Cultivating talents in integration of cultural and tourism through industry colleges is urgently required to actively adapt to the new trend of integrated development of culture and tourism industries,meet the new demand of regional culture and tourism industry for high-level application-oriented talents,and improve the talent-training quality of local culture and tourism industries.On the basis of summarizing the system and mechanism,clarifying key tasks,improving the performance evaluation,and forming the talent training mode in integration of culture and tourism,the talents training in integration of culture and tourism needs to be implemented from the aspects of teaching reform and innovation on interdisciplinary integration,the construction of internal and external teaching resources,the building of school-enterprise joint teaching team,and the construction of platform with equal emphasis on talent training and industrial research and development.
