摘　　要：为使危险化学药品的存储输送过程更平稳、更准确,设计了一种新型的、多功能的危险化学药品自动搬运和存储小车。详细阐述了该小车的总体设计方案、主要机械结构设计、主要控制系统设计,讨论了运动原理以及实现的功能等。指出小车采用可升降车身、可移动抓取的机械结构,可满足一般工厂生产线的使用要求及不同规格化学药品瓶;同时,小车采用多层存储方式,使小车工作效率更高,符合当前危险化学药品生产工厂的要求。In order to make the process of storing and conveying dangerous chemicals smoother and more accurate,a new multi-functional automatic handling and storage trolley for hazardous chemicals is designed.The overall design scheme,main mechanical structure design and main control system design of the trolley are described in detail,and the motion principle and realized functions are discussed.It is pointed out that the trolley adopts the mechanical structure of liftable body and movable gripping,which can meet the use requirements of general factory production line and different specifications of chemical bottles;at the same time,the trolley adopts a multi-layer storage mode,which makes the trolley work more efficiently and meets the requirements of the current hazardous chemical production plants.
