摘 要:目的:探索和实践如何调动和提升心胸外科专业型硕士研究生临床能力和科研创新能力并重的培养模式。方法:以2015年9月至2020年9月招收的8名研究生为培养对象,采用PBL教学法,申报专利为导向,设计专科理论知识培训、临床实践考核和科研创新培养等3种模块培训。从培养对象的临床能力、科研创新能力2个维度对该教学模式进行评价。结果:研究生的临床能力和科研创新能力明显提高,4名研究生已顺利毕业,获得授权发明专利2项,实用新型专利10项。结论:心胸外科专业型硕士研究生临床能力和科研创新能力并重的培养模式,能够满足研究生培养核心要求,提升学生创新能力,达到预期培养目标。Objective:To explore and practice how to mobilize and improve the training mode of clinical ability and scientific research innovation ability of professional postgraduates in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods:A total of 8 professional postgraduates in cardiothoracic surgery from Sep 2015 to Sep 2020 were selected as training objects.Patent application oriented PBL teaching method was adopted to design three modules of training,including theoretical knowledge training,clinical practice assessment and scientific research innovation training.This teaching model was evaluated from clinical ability and scientific research innovation ability of the postgraduates.Result:The clinical ability and innovation ability of the postgraduates were improved obviously,4 postgraduates had successfully graduated,2 authorized invention patents and 10 utility model patents were obtained.Conclusion:The cultivation mode of both clinical ability and scientific research innovation ability of professional postgraduates in cardiothoracic surgery can meet the core requirements of postgraduate training,enhance students’innovation ability,and achieve the expected cultivation goals.
