A Moderated Mediation Model Linking New Generation Employees’Proactive Personality to Contextual Performance

摘  要:采用问卷调查法,检验新生代员工主动性人格与关联绩效之间关系以及内部人身份感知在二者之间的作用。对253名在职员工的调查数据进行中介效应、调节效应检验,结果显示:新生代员工的主动性人格是关联绩效的显著正向预测变量;权威型领导风格调节了新生代员工主动性人格与关联绩效的直接关系;内部人身份感知在新生代员工主动性人格与关联绩效关系之间具有完全中介作用。We used questionnaire survey to examine the relationship between the proactive personality and related performance of employees of millennial generation,as well as the role of insider identity perception in this relationship.Through the hierarchical regression analysis and mediating effect test on the survey data of 253 in-service employees,the results showed that the proactive personality of the new generation of employees is a significant positive predictive variable of contextual performance.Authoritative leadership regulated the direct relationship between the proactive personality of employees of millennial generation and contextual performance.Insider identity perception plays a part in mediating the relationship between the proactive personality of employees of millennial generation and their contextual performance.
