摘 要:在能谱K-edge特性CT成像模型中,当X射线能量为材料(如钨、钆、金)K-edge时,材料的X射线衰减系数会发生骤变,衰减性急剧增加.针对K-edge特性的CT扫描仿真,本文设计了基于MC-GPU的K-edge材料钨丝的两次单能CT仿真实验,两次实验采用了相同的体素模型,选取的能量为钨的K-edge附近能量值.实验表明MC-GPU能有效地对K-edge材料进行CT仿真,获取扫描数据,体现了钨材料的K-edge特性.本文也与仿真软件Geant4做了对比实验,结果表明MC-GPU在节约时间成本上优势明显.For spectrum K-edge CT imaging model,when X-ray energy is the K-edge of the material(such as tungsten,gadolinium and gold),X-ray attenuation coefficient of materials will increase sharply.For CT scanning simulation of K-edge material,we design two single-energy CT simulation experiments of tungsten wire based on MC-GPU.In experiments,the same vowel models are used,and the selected energy is the energy values adjacent to tungsten′s K-edge value.Experiments show that MC-GPU can correctly perform CT simulation on K-edge materials and obtain scanning data,and fully reflect the K-edge characteristics of tungsten materials.This paper also conducts a comparative experiment with the simulation software Geant4,and the results show that MC-GPU has obvious advantages in saving time and cost.
